Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Free Standard Shipping): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for a fee of $9.99.

Please note that these are estimated transit times and actual delivery may vary based on factors outside of our control.

Right to Cancel on Delay

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you by email. You may consent to a revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. For expedited delivery, Express Shipping is available for $9.99.

Shipping Address Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Sales Tax Disclosure

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at sykmont@outlook.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work towards a resolution.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.
